Thursday: Shake of the day

CANTALOUPE SMOOTHIE

The fresh combination of banana, cantaloupe and low-fat dairy in this smoothie packs a powerful punch of potassium, calcium, vitamin C and beta carotene.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of a frozen banana chopped
  • 1/4  of a cantaloupe, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup nonfat or low-fat yogurt
  • 12 oz of  nonfat milk
  • 2 scoops of  Herbalife Formula 1 Nuritional Shake Mix
  • 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Preparation

Combine all above ingredients  in a blender.  Cover and blend until smooth.

Serve and enjoy!
