Wednesday: Shake of the day

         WAKE -UP SHAKE         

With a stash of berries in your freezer, you can jump-start your day with this…


  • 12 oz of low fat or skim milk
  • 1/2  banana (frozen banana is always my desired choice)
  • 1/4 cups frozen strawberries, cut into 1/2 before put into blender
  • 1/2 cup of  low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 scoops (or tablespoons) of Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
  • Preparation

    * Combine all above ingredients  in a blender; cover and blend until creamy.  Serve immediately.

    Put it in a to go cup on out the door you go.
